("we", "us") operates , a free lead generation and referral service that connects vehicle owners with independent buyers, tow operators and mobile mechanics. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

What you type into our request form: name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, condition, known problems, notes, title status, tow drop-off details, preferred contact time, and any photos you upload. We also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you submitted from. Photos are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes most embedded metadata such as GPS location.

If you give an email address, we may email you twice after a partner takes your request (about 24 hours and about 7 days later) to ask whether the partner contacted you, showed up, and whether the price changed. Your answers are stored with your request, are used to keep partners accountable and to improve matching, and are not sent to the partner or sold. You can reply STOP at any time. We also count, anonymously, how far visitors get through the request form (for example "reached step 3"). This uses a random code stored only for your browsing session. It contains no name, phone, email or anything you typed, and we use it only to make the form easier to finish.

How we use it

To review your request, match you with independent buyers, tow operators or mobile mechanics (and, if one kind of partner thinks another kind fits your vehicle better, with that other kind), share your information with them so they can contact you, contact you ourselves about your request, keep records of consent, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the service.

If no partner covers your area yet, we keep your request for up to 30 days and try again as partners join. After that it is marked expired and handled under the retention rules below. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Who we share it with

Independent buyers, salvage or scrap operators, tow operators and mobile mechanics who may be able to help with your vehicle. Once shared, those businesses handle your information under their own practices. We also use service providers such as Google (Sheets, Drive, and email) and our website host to run the service. We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, we and the independent businesses we share your request with may call, text (including with automated technology), or email you about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of texts may not stop calls or emails from a business that already has your information; tell them directly too.

Retention and security

We keep lead records and photos only as long as needed for the purposes above and to document consent, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing . Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, which we will honor as required by law.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
