4. They inspect, you decide

The final price is confirmed only after the vehicle is seen in person. You're free to say no at any point.

Who actually buys my vehicle?

Independent local buyers, scrap and salvage operators, and tow companies. is a referral service: we pass your request along. We don't buy vehicles, tow vehicles, handle payments, or transfer titles.

Is the estimate I'm given the final price?

No. Estimates are not final until the buyer inspects the vehicle in person. The price can change if the vehicle's condition, title status, missing parts, or location differ from what was described.

Does it cost me anything?

We don't charge you for the matching service. Ask each buyer or tow operator about their own fees or conditions before agreeing to anything.

Do I need the title?

Buyers generally require proof of ownership, and rules differ between Ohio and Michigan. Tell us what you have (or don't) and the buyer will explain their requirements. Check with your state BMV or Secretary of State if unsure.

Are the buyers and tow operators vetted?

They are independent businesses. Before you agree, it's wise to confirm they are licensed and insured where required, get the terms in writing, and never pay in advance.

Will someone definitely contact me?

Not guaranteed. It depends on whether a partner covers your area and wants the job.

Who does the repair?

Independent mobile mechanics who come to you. does not perform, supervise or warrant repairs. Ask for a written estimate before any work, and any price is not final until the mechanic has seen the car. You can say no at any point.

I'm not in Ohio or Michigan. Can I still request?

Yes. We keep your request active for 30 days and a partner may contact you if one joins near you. We can't promise one will. Tell us where you are so we know where to add partners.
